Reiki Remedy

Take some time to realign physically and energetically during this reiki enhanced yin yoga and sound healing journey under April's New Moon in Aries. Beginning with a collective oracle reading, intention setting, essential oil infused breathwork, and a new moon meditation. Mindfully moving and resting in deeply restorative earthbound yin poses to release tension in the soft tissue of the body while reconnecting with the self. Allow yourself to be held with the healing touch of reiki as you rest in each pose for several minutes. Closing the experience with a guided sound journey that connects you to the wisdom, love, and support of your ancestors in the Spirit realm and the fiery energy of Aries encouraging you to release what no longer serves you while the body is cradled by the Divine Mother Earth below. The earth and fire transmute and transforms what you have released while creating space for the abundance that this new moon welcomes into your life. In this sacred healing container, you have the freedom to share, to be truly witnessed without judgement, as you continue to evolve through these self care practices and your path to healing the mind, body, and Soul.
