In a world orchestrated with distractions, a rat race that doesn’t prioritise rest and stillness, it is important to make time for your wellbeing. Reconnect to your mind, body and soul through a 3-week Reiki Relaxation circles. The opportunity for you come to stillness and regain a sense of harmony through the healing touch of Reiki and gently unwind tension from your body through light stretches, combined with mindful breathing and light meditation to bring awareness to what’s really important to you. Each week utilises simple take-home techniques to regulate your nervous system. Cacao or calming herbal tea included for each week.
Mind: week 1 21st March
-Mindful breathing and light meditation (no experience needed)
-Mandala art intention setting
-tapping with positive affirmations
-consenting hands-on reiki
-singing bowl and cymbals
-cacao or herbal tea
Body: week 2 28th March
-light stretching
-stimulating blood flow with tapping and shaking (similar to moves in Qigong)
-Mindful breathing with essential oils
-light meditation (no experience needed)
-consenting hands-on reiki
-singing bowl and cymbals
-cacao or herbal tea
Soul: week 3 4th April
-light stretching
-pick an oracle card
-reflection & intention setting
-guided meditation
-consenting hands-on reiki
-singing bowl and cymbals
-cacao or herbal tea
‼️Must bring your own:
-yoga mat
-cushions and blankets for comfort
All circles will be seated on the ground and lying down for 20-45min
-journal and pen
-Please let me know if you’d prefer cacao or a herbal tea
☕️ Cacao: coconut milk, tahini, cinnamon, honey, reishi mushroom extract (calming)
