WHAT IS COUPLES DATE NIGHT?
Couples Date Night is a guided workshop for couples to explore a variety of connection practices that will deepen the intimacy, connection and closeness between you.
These date nights are such a great opportunity to switch off from the outside world, prioritise quality time together, connect (or re-connect), devote your full attention to each other, re-ignite passion, have fun together, remember love and inspire honesty & authenticity!

WHO IS THIS DATE NIGHT FOR?
This is for couples, lovers, beloveds, & partners of any orientation or background; for long-term relationships or fresh relationships looking to explore different ways of connecting with each other to deepen the bond & intimacy between you both. There is a focus on authenticity, honest communication, honouring boundaries, present loving touch, heart-based intimacy and sensual intimacy.
Whether you've been together for 40 years or have just started dating, you'll enjoy a beautiful evening together at Couples Date Night.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will gather with a group of couples in a beautiful hall, where you will each find a spot to set up and stay with your partner for the duration of the evening (ie, no swapping partners). You will set yourselves up in a cosy 'love nest' - so make sure to bring cushions, blankets, mats, anything you need for your comfort.
You'll then be guided through various connective practices that allow the deepening of heart-based & emotional intimacy, sensual intimacy, pleasure, authenticity, expressing desires, meaningful conversation, a deeper revealing of yourselves and perhaps getting to know different facets of each other that emerge through the practices.

WHAT IS THE "ENERGETIC" THEME ABOUT?
The next few couples nights will have various themes, related to different ways of connecting and exploring intimacy.
This couples night will focus on 'energetic' practices of connection.
Energetic connection covers a few things: awareness of what's going on within our own body, attunement to what's going on for our partner, playing with the subtle realms (where less is more & slowing down to feel more), mastering the art of tease and building anticipation - s3xual tension & anticipation is a build up of ENERGY that we are playing with, so we're going to explore how to create that energy and hold it and deliciously amplify it; and how to circulate s3xual energy between you both for more heightened states of pleasure and sensation.
These are common tantric practices for intimacy that allow for deeper awareness, presence, attunment and 'flow' between you both.

BOUNDARIES & PARTICIPATION
Everything is invitational and you do not have to do anything that you don't feel comfortable with during the evening. Please honour yourselves and each other with this. Boundaries and individual limits of participation are encouraged first & foremost and considered extremely important.
Whilst a beautiful intimate space will be created for you to immerse yourself in, there will be no nüdity or gënital touch during these evenings. That is something you're welcome to explore once you return home!
** This is a deliciously sober (alcohol and drug-free) event to be as present as possible with one another and yourself

DATE NIGHT DETAILS
Date: Saturday 15th March 2025
Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm. PLEASE BE ON TIME! Arrival from 6:15pm to settle in. Doors close at 6:30 sharp!
Location: Subud Centre, 222 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park
Please bring:
- Water bottle
- Cushions, blankets, yoga mat etc to set up a cosy spot for you both (your "love nest"!) as we will be on hard-wood floors for the evening. Bring along anything you need to ensure maximum comfort!!!
- Wear anything that you feel comfortable and good in. You're welcome to dress up or dress down - however, it is important to feel relaxed and for this reason, restrictive or very tight clothing is not recommended. Layers are recommended as you may warm up and cool down at various stages of the evening.
- Recommended to eat a light meal beforehand to ensure that you're nourished (snacks will be provided throughout the evening as well!)

I invite your full participation in activities during the evening, however there is flexibility and the option of participation. You are not forced to do anything you do not wish to do, I encourage personal freedom and self-love first and foremost. We will be covering boundaries at the beginning of the evening, which will bring more awareness into your body and permission to express yourself fully.

We may engage in practices that require some gentle movement – if you have any serious injuries now or in the last 5 years, or health issues that may interfere with your participation, please discuss this with me (Georgia).
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during this evening. Georgia Rose or any of her support team will not be held liable for any injury or other medical, physical, mental or emotional issues that may arise, are sustained or aggravated during or after this event.
No refunds shall be given to “no-shows” or change of mind. If you are not able to attend, you may arrange for another person to take your ticket – however this is your responsibility to organise.
If Georgia needs to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances, ideally, there would be a postponed date, to which you'd be offered a transfer of your ticket, or a refund if you cannot make the alternate date.
