With Sarah Ward of Hedgewitch Soapery & Healing.
You will begin the session with gentle breathwork to connect with the body and ground you into the sacred container of space we share before scanning your body to identify areas of tension and being guided to softly release and fully relax. After dropping into deep rest and relaxation you will have activated the parasympathetic nervous system and entered the place where healing can be accessed on every level, this is the point at which you will be guided on a journey to experience the relaxation and healing that Reiki will bring to you.
These meditations are deeply immersive so we allow plenty of time at the end of the session to land back into the physical before space for reflection, journalling and the option to share your experience.
Please wear something comfortable and bring a blanket, cushion and a journal. You may wish to bring a water bottle and eyemask or anything that helps you get cosy and relax!
Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
Wellbeing Wednesday is a weekly observance or event focused on promoting and encouraging habits and practices that contribute to overall health and wellbeing.
