Liz has been teaching Reiki since 2014 across multiple lineages and is known for her grounded presence, spiritual clarity and ability to guide students into truly embodied healing. After a decade of teaching, she experienced a profound spiritual shift in which the old structures of her Reiki teaching were released from her field by God/Source. This was not a loss, it was an expansion. It allowed her to step beyond the limitations of rigid systems and into the true essence of energy healing: direct connection to Source, intuitive guidance and the living intelligence that flows through all beings.
Today, Liz continues to teach Reiki while honoring the lineage but from a place of greater spaciousness, sovereignty and authenticity for her students. Her approach blends the foundational teachings of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki with her own advanced intuitive healing techniques, multidimensional awareness and a healing flow that has revealed itself through years of devoted practice as a master energy healer.
