Have you ever thought about learning Reiki? Join Scott (Reiki Master) for Reiki Level 1. No previous experience is required.Reiki is an energy healing technique developed in Japan in the 1900s by Mikao Usui.
Reiki is a Japanese word rei, meaning "universal," and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things.
Reiki has endless applications and is often used to reduce pain, stress and anxiety and bring a deep sense of relaxation to the mind and body.
Reiki practitioners go through different levels of attunements before being able to practice:
Reiki 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force. Reiki 1 focuses on learning to work with Reiki energy through self-healing. Reiki 1 will enable you to practice on yourself, your friends and your family.
(Reiki 2 is the practitioner level which means you can practice on paying clients. It is recommended to wait three months before moving on to the practitioner level of Reiki 2, following the completion of Reiki 1 level.)
