This in-person event will take place at the serene location of 2991 Dundas St W. During Reiki I, you will learn:

• The history of Reiki
• What is Reiki
• How to apply Reiki to healing the body
• The hand positions of Reiki for self Reiki and others
• Reiki for self-care
• How to offer healing treatments for others
• The anatomy of the subtle body via the chakra system
• How to protect your energy fields and learn about cord-cutting
• Reiki Text/Workbook provided.

I will personally give you a Reiki attunement to Reiki healing.
I offer case study examples, hands-on experience, resources, and drawings to explain spiritual concepts.

Reiki is more than just a practice, it is a way of being in the world. Reiki gave me the faith that healing is in fact possible, for everyone. Excited to teach you.
