✨ Reiki Level I & II — One Heart Medicine ✨We will be gathering in sacred space — within the dome in the woods — to re-remember the gentle, powerful practice of Reiki.
Reiki is not something you give.
It is something you remember.
You will be attuned to Reiki Level I & II within the Usui system of natural healing. Together we will explore:
• What Reiki truly is — life force energy that flows through all living things
• The Five Reiki Principles for daily living
• Self-Reiki hand placements and daily self-care
• Emotional awareness and releasing old patterns
• The power symbol, harmony symbol, and distance symbol
• How to trust your intuition and allow energy to move naturally
• Partner practice and integration
• A 21-day self-Reiki rhythm for deepening your relationship with the practice
Level One is about returning to yourself — listening to your body with kindness and learning to respond with presence.
Level Two deepens that relationship — working with the symbols, strengthening intention, and expanding awareness beyond time and space.
You will receive:

✨ A One Heart Reiki medicine workbook
✨ Ongoing support through a 21-day integration ( daily prompts to keep you motivated and on track )
✨ A return gathering date for practice and diploma presentation.
