Reiki II is taking your placement from Reiki I and adding the rest of the base, Reiki energy, to it!
In this session, led by Kristina Watanabe, RMT, you will learn the 3 Usui Reiki Symbols and how to offer Reiki to others in person and at a distance. You will also learn breathing exercises to open a session, and many other practical skills to enhance any Reiki experience. In addition, we will have a variety of bonus content like crystals for chakras, choosing music, and what it means to truly give to your community.
In place of attunements, you will receive Experiences and Placements. This is a very meditative way to receive Reiki. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes!
Following the class, you will become part of a collective of Reiki practitioners. You will be supported as you integrate your new connection to the energy.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes. You may bring a blanket and pillow for comfort as well.
We will have a 60-minute lunch break!
