Reiki Level II Okuden

Okuden is a Japanese word meaning "inner teachings." As the name suggests, this course provides a deeper understanding and connection to the teachings of Usui Mikao. Using traditional Japanese principles, students learn how to connect with both Earth and Heaven energies, marking the first steps toward full integration with the universe. This connection is developed through the practice of symbols and mantras. For those interested in becoming professional Reiki practitioners, this level also offers the necessary foundation.
The prerequisite for this course is the completion of Reiki Level I, with at least 21 days of self-treatment before beginning Reiki Level II. The time frame may vary depending on the student’s experience and readiness.
