Learn and practice the healing art of Reiki I in this hands-on training session!
Ready to Explore Reiki? Whether you're new to energy work or ready to deepen your journey, we invite you to join us for Reiki Level I, Level II, or go further with Level III to become a Reiki Master. Each level includes:
Level-specific attunements
Comprehensive training manuals
Guided hands-on practice and support
Techniques for self-healing and working with others
Access to a growing community of Reiki practitioners
Opportunities for continued learning and mentorship

Reiki II
Certification upon completion as a Reiki Level II practitioner You’ll learn/receive:
Second Attunement.
Practice using the attunement symbols so you are confident to be able to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, family and in nature.
Meditations to activate and identify your intuitive gifts
How to feel Reiki energy and interpret what you feel
How to powerfully work with Reiki energy from a distance and in person
You’ll also work through how to infuse Reiki powerfully into your life!
Meet Your Guide: About Jamie
Jamie is a 500-hour RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LLMSW) with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. Her mission as a teacher and guide is to help individuals connect with their personal truth, live with intention, and cultivate a practice that supports their unique path to wellness.
Yoga has been a foundational part of Jamie’s life. She began exploring yoga and meditation as a teenager, seeking deeper meaning and inner peace. Over the years, her journey has evolved to include a rich blend of holistic and therapeutic modalities, including aromatherapy, herbalism, Ayurveda, Thai massage, and energy healing through Reiki and crystals.
With her background in clinical social work, Jamie brings a trauma-informed, compassionate, and integrative approach to everything she offers. Her work bridges Eastern and Western healing traditions, supporting clients and students in reconnecting with themselves—mind, body, and spirit.
