Is your child sensitive, intuitive, or sometimes overwhelmed by big emotions? Reiki for Kids offers them simple, calming tools to feel more balanced, confident, and at ease.
In this two-hour, hands-on class, Erin Mello will gently introduce children to Reiki in a way that feels natural, fun, and easy to understand. Kids are often very open to energy work, and Reiki helps them learn how to relax their bodies, calm their minds, and soothe themselves when they feel anxious, upset, or stressed.
This class focuses on practical self-care skills children can actually use in everyday life — before a test, after a disagreement, at bedtime, or anytime they need to reset.
What Your Child Will Learn:
What Reiki is (explained in kid-friendly language)
How to notice and understand their feelings and body signals
Simple hand positions they can use for self-calming
Easy breathing and relaxation techniques
Fun skills like Reiki rocks
Positive principles that encourage kindness, confidence, and emotional awareness
Children will receive a gentle Reiki attunement appropriate for their age, along with their Reiki for Kids book and a certificate of completion.
Our goal is not just to teach a technique, but to help children feel empowered — giving them lifelong tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner calm.
Parents are welcome to stay during class or return at pick-up. A consent form with emergency contact information will be completed upon arrival.
