Grateful and excited!
As the March Training for this year is already fully booked, i am offering an additional REIKI I Training on this beautiful Island:
From May 28th to 30th, 2026, I’ll be teaching Reiki I again - in a nourishing retreat-style setting.
We’ll spend our days together – from morning to evening – sharing meals, learning, and connecting. A delicious three-course lunch is included each day.
All living things are infused with life energy – Reiki.
In this training, you’ll learn to consciously sense, explore, and connect with this universal energy – and through it, with yourself.
You’ll experience an intuitive and gentle form of body and energy work that can help ease emotional pain, stress, and physical symptoms, and support you in recognizing and releasing old, limiting patterns.
This course is multidisciplinary and draws upon my many years of experience in holistic bodywork, energy medicine, and mindfulness. It includes many hands-on exercises, meditations, and moments of reflection.
You’ll learn how to give Reiki to yourself, to others, and even to animals.

Most people take Reiki I as a gift to themselves – a chance to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their natural balance.
Throughout the course, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, learn to manage stress more gracefully, and open the door to inner peace, clarity, and presence.
It’s a transformative journey – gentle yet powerful – that continues to unfold long after the weekend ends.
At the same time, Reiki I forms the foundation for becoming a professional Reiki practitioner – should you wish to continue on that path later on.
