Begin Your Reiki Journey
If you've been feeling called to learn Reiki, deepen your connection with energy, strengthen your intuition, or learn how to use Reiki for yourself and others, this Reiki Level I Certification Course gives you the foundation to begin.
Reiki Level I is about more than learning a healing technique. You'll begin understanding yourself as an energetic being, become more aware of the energy within and around you, and learn how to intentionally work with Reiki energy for healing, balance, spiritual growth, and greater self-awareness.
No previous Reiki or energy-healing experience is required.
What You'll Learn
During this in-person Reiki Level I training, you'll learn:
- The history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
- How Reiki and energy healing work
- Reiki hand positions for self-healing and working with others
- How to give a complete Reiki treatment
- Traditional Japanese Reiki techniques
- How to strengthen and trust your intuition
- How to become more aware of your own energy and the energy around you
- Energy frequencies and the importance of maintaining your energetic balance
- Practical ways to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life
Your training combines teaching, discussion, energetic practices, your Reiki Level I attunement, and hands-on experience so you aren't simply learning about Reiki—you are learning how to actually work with it.
Upon successful completion of both days, you will receive your Reiki Level I Certification.

Continue Into Reiki Level II
Many students choose to continue directly into Reiki Level II after completing their Level I certification.
My next Reiki Level II Certification Course is September 19, 2026, where we'll deepen your relationship with Reiki, introduce the sacred Reiki symbols, explore distant healing, and continue developing your confidence working with Reiki energy.
