Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing that deepens one’s connection to intuition and well-being. In this foundational energy healing course, participants will receive Reiki Level I Certification Training. Led by Reiki Master Talita Felix, this class is designed as an introductory offering to Reiki practice. Participants will receive Reiki Level I Attunement, the first step of initiation into Usui Reiki teachings and practice, as well as Reiki I Certification upon completion.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. In this immersive and supportive class, participants will learn how to channel universal life force energy for self-healing and to support others.
Throughout the course, participants will learn how to deepen their spiritual practice, cultivate mindfulness, or begin their journey into energy healing. Social workers will explore how to incorporate holistic practices and energy healing into the profession. This training is open to all (no prior experience necessary).

Learning Objectives
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the history and principles of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
- Identify the body’s seven main chakras and their characteristics.
- Practice giving and receiving Reiki for self-healing and with clients.
- Integrate Reiki into daily life and social work practice, including grounding and protection techniques.
