REIKI is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy and can be used to facilitate healing for others as well as self-healing on emotional, physical, mental levels, often resulting in a deepened spiritual connection. Additionally, this powerful practice is used for human healing and healing of all living things by balancing and enhancing the vibration and energy flows that sometimes veer off from their optimal state.
