In this Level II training, you’ll gain a solid understanding of key Reiki techniques from both Traditional Japanese and Western perspectives. You’ll explore your natural energetic strengths—often referred to as Earth, Heaven, and Heart energy—and learn how to work with Reiki Level II symbols to support healing, clarity, and connection.

Classes are held in person and follow teaching materials developed by the The International House of Reiki. Our approach blends instruction, demonstration, and guided practice so you feel supported every step of the way as you grow your skills.

Japanese Reiki Techniques
• Hatsurei Ho – Practices to build and strengthen spiritual energy
• Kenyoku Ho – Energy clearing technique
• Joshin Kokyu Ho – Breathing for mental clarity
• Seishin Toitsu – Mental unification
• Seiza – Grounding through stillness
• Enkaku Chiryo Ho – Distance healing
• Byosen Reikan Ho – Identifying energetic imbalances
• Reiji Ho – Intuitive guidance during a session

• Learn the traditional meaning and use of Reiki Level II symbols:

• Power, mental/emotional, and distance healing symbols
• How to send Reiki to others remotely

Who This Is For

This class is open to those who have already completed Reiki Level I. It’s a great fit for anyone looking to deepen their personal healing journey or expand their skills to support others more effectively.

Class Details
• Date: One-day intensive
• Location: In-person, Midtown or Carmichael depending on number of attendees. Make sure to check this event page the night before.
• Payment: Sliding scale tuition of $150–$275 Payment will be collected at beginning of class. $20 registration deposit can be put towards total.

• Manual: A comprehensive Level 2 class manual is available for $15 (optional, you will need to verify to purchase manual by emailing [email protected])
• Certification: You’ll receive a Okuden Level 2 certificate at the end of the class.
• Preparation: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a sack lunch, a bottle of water, a notebook, a pen. Give yourself extra time forr parking.
