Reiki is often spoken about like something mystical or “out there,” but at its core, it’s actually very simple. It’s life force energy. The same energy that moves through all living things. The same intelligence that knows how to heal a cut, regulate your breath, or bring you back to balance.
Reiki Level 1 is where you learn to connect with that energy consciously.
On this day, I’ll guide you through:
– what Reiki actually is
– how energy moves through the body
– how to feel and work with energy in a grounded, safe way
– self-healing practices you can take into everyday life
You’ll also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening you to channel this energy for yourself and those around you.
This level is deeply personal.
It’s for your own healing, your own awareness, your own growth.
You don’t need to be “spiritual.”
You don’t need to have experience.
You just need to feel the nudge.
We’ll move slowly, intentionally, with space to land, integrate, and actually feel what’s happening… not rush through it.
This will be held in the salon for this first round, keeping it small and intimate.
I’m opening this to a maximum of 6 people.
