Are you feeling called to learn how to heal with energy? I will teach you how to use your intuition, to guide you during an energy healing. This course will attune you to Reiki 1 energies which can be used to heal both yourself and those around you.
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your healing (and often spiritual) journey. It is the first step in learning this gentle, yet powerful technique of energy healing. In this workshop you will receive the first level Reiki attunement which will help you to become a clear channel for Reiki energy. You will also learn about spirit guides and how they assist you, as well as take a meditative journey to meet your spirit guides. You will gain an understanding of energy within your own being and learn the techniques for self-healing, along with how to give a Reiki treatment to others.

The workshop includes:

Introduction to Reiki
Understanding Chakras, energy and energy bodies
The History of Reiki
The Reiki Principals
Reiki Level I attunement
Other applications for Reiki
How spirit guides assist during a healing and take a meditative journey to meet your guides
Reiki Hand placements for both self-healing and the healing of others.
How to do a full healing for yourself and others
Giving feedback after a healing
Cleansing and protecting yourself and your space ready for healing
Learn about energy cords and how to remove them.
Clearing and Grounding techniques
Reiki I is a pre-requisite to Reiki Level II which takes you on the journey to becoming a Reiki Practitioner.

This class is limited to just 6 so that everyone has time to learn and practice.
