Reiki Level 1 with Nan

Reiki pronounced Ray-Key is a Japanese word for Universal Energy. In a Reiki session, the energy of the Universe flows through the hands of the practitioner to enhance the natural healing processes in the body. It relieves stress and promotes deep states of relaxation which helps personal healing. Students will learn the methods of working on themselves, friends, family, animals and plants. You will receive a symbol to use to accelerate the energy and a Reiki One Certificate at the end of class. Led by Nancy Elias.
