• Explore the history and use of Reiki Level One
• Learn and practice Reiki techniques and principles
• Discover the Chakras, their functions, and methods to clear and align them energetically
• Utilize neo-shamanistic practices to enhance your spiritual connection and deepen your energetic work

This is an in-person course limited to only four to six individuals per class to ensure personalized attention and guidance. The course spans one month and includes:
• One in-person session to establish foundational knowledge and practices
• Weekly virtual meetings to address concerns, discuss progress, and set next steps
The focus is to equip you with spiritual skill sets to treat yourself, overcome energetic blocks, and foster lasting inner peace. This course is the foundation for working through your own personal blocks and releasing old patterns and beliefs.
