Reiki Level 1 Training + Certification [In-Person]

This is an entry-level course (with certification) teaching the foundation of Reiki, the flow of universal life energy, and basic hand positions for self-healing and treating others. The course includes an attunement process to align energy channels, empowering practitioners to channel healing energy effectively. After one weekend, learn to self-regulate and connect with the body and intuition.

• Working with energy and the chakra centers
• Hand positions and techniques for self-healing
• How to give Reiki to others
• Using life force energy to connect with the mind, body, and spirit
• Incorporating Reiki practice as a way of life and for overall well-being
