Reiki Level 1 Training & Certification

Calling all spiritual girlies empaths and HSP wanting to understand their personal frequency more deeply so they don’t take on other people’s ish and can function from a place a personal blisss.

As I dive deeper into my spiritual practice with medical intuition and TCM, I am so grateful for the Reiki Energy as the foundation for everything I continue to learn.

What Reiki Taught Me:

• That I am not the healer; I am the human vessel who has the ability to work with Spirit to support my clients' own healing system. How empowering is that?!
• Your body knows how to heal itself; it simply needs instruction. You learn how to communicate with the body energy systems to support healing and homeostasis.
• How to feel, recognize, and decipher the frequency of healing energy flowing through my own hands. What began with learning the frequency of Reiki opened the door to recognize and work with other energetic frequencies, like the Violet Flame and the Akashic Healing Energy my Spirit Guides taught me how to channel. To now developing and activating my own healing frequency within myself, that is uniquely my own.
• How to work with chakras and how powerful and fundamental they can be for expanding consciousness and overall healing.
