Reiki Level 1 Training & Attunement

We will cover:

• ~ The fundamentals of Reiki, from the history of it, along with basic anatomy, Reiki symbols, accelerated spiritual growth and receive your initiation and first Reiki attunement.
• ~ The benefits of Reiki
• ~ You will leave with the ability to practice Reiki on yourself, Family and Friends (even pets and plants!)
• ~ Learn the benefits of Reiki
• ~ Awareness of the energy system and Chakras
• ~ You will also have an understanding of the Three Pillars of Reiki
• ~ How to protect yourself energetically.
• ~ The hand positions for administering Reiki for both laid down and seated.
• ~ Ethics and consent.

My courses are all offered as face to face group training days (minimum of 3 students) in order to gain practical experience in a safe environment.

You will receive a Manual and Certificate for Reiki Level 1 as well as access to ongoing online support, following on from your course.
