This two day, in-person Reiki Level 1 class is an invitation to reconnect with your own energy and the luminous light that already lives within you.
Shoden is Reiki Level One and is focused on self Reiki. In this class, we explore how energy moves through the body and how to work with it in grounded, practical, and supportive ways.
This class is especially helpful for:
EVERYONE and also
• Empaths and sensitive souls
• Those who experience anxiety, worry, or overthinking
• Anyone who feels affected by the energy of others
• Those going through an awakening or deep inner shift
• Those who feel a calling to do healing work for themselves and for others
• Those ready to feel more empowered in their lives
• Beginners and students from other Reiki lineages seeking a deeper understanding of the system of Reiki
What you will learn
• How the breath moves and supports energy within the body
• Grounding practices to settle the nervous system
• Ways to work with your own energy rather than absorbing others
• Awareness of the interconnectedness between body, energy, and life
• How to recognize and trust the luminous light within you
using all of the tools within including hands on healing
No special skills are needed. This is a true beginner class and also a beautiful reset for those already familiar with Reiki.
