I invite you to join me for Reiki Level 1.
Reiki 1 ("first teachings"), is your initiation into the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing. You will be attuned to and learn how to connect with Reiki Energy.
The emphasis of these "first teachings" is to open your heart to self-healing, inner focus and to introduce a different way of engaging with the world around you.
On completion, you will be able to channel Reiki whenever you need to as a self-healing tool and to heal and bond with your family, friends and pets. Reiki is a gift that will enhance your life and that of those around you; it can be life-changing.
When I received my Reiki Level 1 attunement in 2020, I could never have imagined just how deeply it would transform my life. It became the doorway to my awakening — a gentle yet powerful shift that touched every part of my being. Reiki has its own unique way of weaving into each person’s journey, and I warmly invite you to discover how it may flow into your life.

Format for your course:
✨2 hour pre in-person training - accessible online (MUST be watched prior to the in-person training)
✨Saturday, 4th April - 9am - 4.30pm - in person training at Zen Within Wellness Centre, Bunbury (NOTE: This is Easter weekend - the perfect time to rest and allow for the integration of your attunement).
✨1.5 hours - either in person or online tbc - we will reconnect after your 21 day reiki cleanse at a mutually convenient time - I find this beneficial to run through what you have noticed after your reiki attunement, how your journey is unfolding and to ask further questions after reading your manual and connecting with the energy.

You will receive:
- 10+ hrs tuition - the origins of Reiki, what Reiki is, the Reiki Principles
-About Auras and Chakras - cleansing your energetic field, protection and grounding
-Preparing for and giving a Reiki treatment to yourself and others
-Attunement to the Reiki energy
-Experience giving and receiving Reiki under my guidance
-Reiki 1 Manual, Certificate and your Reiki lineage documentation
-Ongoing support after your training and access to my Reiki Community
- Morning tea provided (BYO lunch).

I usually teach Reiki Level 1 twice per year, (Reiki Level 2 - Okuden, will be scheduled later in 2026).
Bookings are limited to 4 people, this is a small group setting; enabling me hold space for you and so that you can feel the support of others in the group and feel able to ask questions. It is my intention that you feel confident and able to move forward on your Reiki journey by the end of the training - knowing that you are fully supported going forward.

Exchange is $333 - early bird if booked before 1st March and $360 thereafter - bookings close 27th March (to allow time for watching course material prior to in-person training).
