In one day you'll learn how to be a Reiki practitioner. You'll learn how to give a self-healing, a healing to others, about the history of Reiki and you'll practise a self-healing, a healing on others, and you'll receive a healing from another student.Reiki helps for pain relief, relaxation, and transforming blockages on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It is a great self-help tool and used a lot to transform anxiety and stress into relaxation and confidence. It helps with grounding and to quiet your mind so you can receive new insights and your creativity can flow better.
Scheduled course: Friday 26th September 2025

Time: 9 am – 5 pm. There’ll be a lunch break of 1 hour where you can go outside to eat or purchase your lunch. Filtered water, herbal tea, and some fruit will be provided during the course.
