While your kids are on break, give yourself a little break too 😉 — and let them step into the magical world of Reiki and energy healing!
This fun and engaging class is designed for children ages 6–11 and includes stories, art projects, music, and plenty of hands-on activities.
🌟 They’ll learn about:
🌿 Smudging and its uses
✨ Energy basics with fun techniques like the Energy Ball
🧘 Simple breathwork & meditation
🌈 Chakras and how they work
🙌 Reiki self-treatment & treating others
We’ll conclude with an Attunement Ceremony, and each child will receive a Certificate of Completion. 🎉 They will also get the chance to practice Reiki on their parents, making the experience even more fun and meaningful.
💖 Please note: A parent or guardian must be attuned to Level I Reiki or above to support your child’s journey, or they should have someone they can refer to with questions.
