Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the ancient art of energy healing. This course focuses on self-healing and learning to channel energy to others through touch. Participants will learn to connect with and direct life force energy to promote healing, balance, and well-being in both themselves and others. This course is perfect for those who want to explore the power of energy healing and begin their journey to become a Reiki practitioner.

- The 5 principles of Reiki to promote wellness
