This is an introductory level course for beginners and the curious!
The main focus of the Reiki 1 course is to teach you how to give yourself a Reiki self-healing. We learn what Reiki is, it's history, how it works, it's many benefits, understanding the function and influence of chakras, learning to understand the impact of internal and external energy, how our external environment influences and affects our chakras, meridians and aura, how to empower yourself for positive change in your life, an introduction to energy stealing/control dramas, plus much more.
Most of the day is spent experiencing energy work to learn how to tune into and channel the Reiki energies. I have more details on my website:

The course is small with a maximum of 6 people. You will receive a 40 page Reiki manual and a Reiki Level 1 Certificate. Hot drinks, water and snacks will be provided. Participants are kindly asked to bring their own lunch.
The price is $345. You can book by paying a $100 non refundable deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks before the course date. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
