What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful, non-invasive Japanese therapy that promotes relaxation, healing and general wellbeing. Reiki heals not only the body but also the mind and the spirit. Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Reiki not only helps you to heal on a mental, emotional and physical level, it also supports your personal development by enhancing self-esteem, confidence and self-worth. The training will assist you with energy, revitalising, protecting, grounding your body and developing your spirituality.
Why should you learn Reiki?
There are many reasons why people opt to take Reiki training with Laetitia.
~ Anyone can learn Reiki. Whether you want to use your training to become a practitioner or you just want to learn more about this healing technique to heal yourself, your family and pets. You will find that the knowledge that comes from attending one of our Reiki courses will enhance your overall quality of life. You are also likely to feel a closer connection to nature and find it easier to feel gratitude and inner peace after a Reiki course. You will start to take more responsibility for your own happiness, your thoughts, your feelings and relationships and become more aware of your emotions. As a result of this, your self-confidence and self-love will increase in a natural way.
~ Reiki level 1 works to open your connection to the Universal energy and open up the heart chakra which gives you a new appreciation of life, more compassion for both yourself and others and an increasing sense of gratitude. Once you have received your attunement, you will want to use what you have learned to help yourself and your family. However, you can choose if you want to continue your learning journey with Reiki or you can stay at this level. Everyone has their own journey.
~ Laetitia offers Reiki training that is recognised by the Australian Reiki Connection (ARC). This means you will be able to apply insurance and membership with ARC once you complete level 2.
Reiki I course is held for two days so you have plenty of time to practice what you are learning and to receive a full healing. So you will end the course with confidence and ready to heal straight away.
Come along if you are interested in learning about Reiki on yourself and family and even pets. The course is also available for people who have had previous contact with Reiki and would like to re-connect with their practice.
Reiki is also a great addition to your modality, such as life coaches, carers, nurses, masseuses etc.
Important: Please know that the Reiki 1 course does not qualify you to practice Reiki professionally. This is an invitation to heal yourself first. You will need to complete Reiki 2 to be a practitioner.
