Reiki Level 1 Class - Group Class

Ready to dive into the world of healing energy? Join our Reiki Level 1 Group Class where you will learn the origin of Usui Reiki and its core ethical guidelines along with an introduction to the body's energy system, including chakras. You will also learn basic hand positions to share safe, non-professional healing with family, friends, or pets.

The class is a mix of lecture, discussion, and hands on practice where you will also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement. No prior experience is needed.
