Welcome to the Reiki Level 1 journey. 

Usui Reiki Level 1 (also known as Shoden in Japan) is the foundational beginner`s course (2 days) that opens your energy channels to channel universal life force energy. It introduces you to the gentle yet powerful practice of Reiki healing, helping you connect with energy awareness, self-healing, and inner balance.

It focuses entirely on physical self-healing, grounding, and learning basic hand placements to treat yourself, pets, plants, and others.

This level is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to begin their healing journey with mindfulness and intention. Upon completion, students will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification.

What to Expect in Level 1?

The Attunement: A Reiki Master "attunes" or aligns your energy centers (chakras). This acts as an initiation, opening your crown, heart, and palm chakras to naturally conduct Reiki energy.

History of Reiki: You’ll learn about Dr. Mikao Usui, who developed the system in early 20th-century Japan, and the lineage of the practice.

The Five Principles: The ethical foundation of Reiki, recited daily to support mental and emotional well-being.

Hand Placements: Step-by-step instruction on specific hand positions used for self-treatment and treating others. 

What this Certification enables you to do?

Reiki Level 1 (Usui) is primarily focused on self-healing and awakening your energy channels. After receiving your attunement, you can channel universal life force energy for personal relaxation, perform hands-on treatments on family and friends, and gently treat plants and pets.

Your Reiki Level 1 certification opens up a variety of practical applications:

Daily Self-Healing: The most vital use of Level 1 is practicing daily self-treatment to clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote physical healing.

Energetic Protection: Learn to ground yourself and establish a clean, sacred space before interacting with or treating others.

Chakra Balancing: You can utilize basic hand placements over the body`s chakras to unblock and re-harmonize your body`s natural energy field.

Note:

1. Please note that this is a 2 days workshop and you need to attend the 2 days session to recieve the cetification.
