Why was Manthan Circle created?

"Manthan Circle was created because we believe that while information is everywhere, meaningful reflection is becoming rare. Many of the answers we seek already exist within us or within the collective wisdom of others. By bringing diverse people together around meaningful questions, Manthan Circle helps participants gain clarity, discover new perspectives, build deeper connections, and turn collective wisdom into purposeful action."

Manthan Circle was created to bring people back to something fundamentally human: thinking together.

How does Manthan Circle work?

Each session begins with a carefully chosen question related to life, leadership, business, society, wellbeing, purpose, or the future.

Participants sit in small circles and share experiences, ideas, and perspectives in a safe and respectful environment.

3. Cross-Pollination of Ideas

People move between groups, carrying insights and learning from different viewpoints.

4. Collective Reflection

Patterns, themes, and discoveries are surfaced and shared with the larger community.

5. Personal Action

Participants reflect on:
