Reiki Level 1 Certification (Hybrid 3-Week Course)Learn the traditional Usui method of Reiki (ray-key) with Great Bay Tai Chi instructor Stacie Bowman. Reiki is a meditative practice most widely known as energy work. Many people experience Reiki as deeply relaxing. This class primarily focuses on self-Reiki. Reiki is often practiced using a designated pattern of hand positions, lightly placed on the body moving from the head down to the torso, along with focused attention and a calm, attentive presence.
No prior experience is needed, and no belief system is required—just curiosity and a willingness to practice.
