Reiki is a traditional Japanese practice, which treats the mind, body and spirit through the gentle application of hands on, or distant healing. The Reiki system of healing by Usui is a wonderful way to access the natural healing powers within you.
There are 3 levels of Reiki, in which a sacred attunement is given. These attunements open up and purify the Chakras, and meridians, cleanses the subtle body, releases limiting beliefs, and prepares you to channel Reiki Healing Energy. The ability to tap into this healing energy for yourself, and for others, will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Level 2 initiation will give you access to greater energy as well as help you develop your understanding and deepen your connection to the practice of Reiki.

Level 1: • A discussion of the history and benefits of Reiki • Learning how Reiki interacts with the chakra system • Discussion on attunements, how they work • Gassho meditation • Attunement ceremony • Demonstration of hand positions for Self Reiki, followed by a Self Reiki Session • Hand positions for treating others • Byosen Scanning • Using Reiki for specific conditions
Level 2 Reiki • A deeper understanding of the Reiki Symbols and how to use them • Level 2 attunement • Learn how to do a complete healing session using all the symbols • How to cleanse one’s energy and remove negative energy • How to do a distant healing session, to heal situations from the past, and how to use Reiki for the future • Break out practice sessions • How to use Reiki in your daily life • Working as a Reiki Practitioner • Learning to feel energetic imbalances and areas which need healing. • Cleansing and grounding rituals
