Have you ever wondered whether you could learn to sense, understand, and work with healing energy?
Reiki Level 1, traditionally called Shoden, is the beginning of a meaningful journey into Reiki for self-care, relaxation, balance, and supporting the well-being of others.
Join Donna Oland for a welcoming, comprehensive training that introduces you to the foundations and traditional practices of Reiki. No previous Reiki experience is needed -- only an open mind and a desire to learn.
During this hands-on training, you will explore:
✨ The history and guiding principles of Reiki
✨ The Five Reiki Principles
✨ Energy awareness and chakra basics
✨ Traditional Reiki hand positions
✨ How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment
✨ Ways to share Reiki with family, friends, and pets
✨ Ethical and responsible Reiki practice
✨ How to make Reiki part of your daily self-care
You will receive four Reiki Level 1 attunements and have opportunities to practice in a warm, encouraging environment. By the end of the training, you will have a strong foundation and greater confidence in beginning to use Reiki for yourself and those close to you.
YOUR REIKI JOURNEY CAN CONTINUE
Reiki Level 1 is the first step in a three-level path. Students may later continue into Reiki Level 2 and advanced Reiki training. The Spirit University also plans opportunities such as Crystal Reiki, Animal Reiki, Reiki Shares, and other continuing experiences for students who wish to deepen their practice.
Facilitated by Donna Oland
Investment: $189
Required book: $21
The book will be used for both Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2, so it does not need to be purchased again when you continue your training.
There will be a break for lunch during the training. Participants are welcome to bring a lunch or make their own arrangements during the break.
