Reiki Level 1 is a gentle yet profoundly transformative introduction to the traditional Japanese system of natural healing developed by Mikao Usui. This foundational training offers more than just techniques, it is a full immersion into the principles and practices of energy healing, designed to help you awaken the healer within.
Over the course of this one-day workshop, you will reconnect with the universal life force energy that flows through all living beings, learning how to channel it safely, ethically, and consciously. Through guided attunements, hands-on practice, and reflective exercises, you will experience firsthand how energy can support physical, emotional, and nervous system regulation, while deepening your own sense of presence and inner balance. This is not a quick certificate course. It is a deliberate, grounded, and trauma-aware space where healing is understood as something that moves through you rather than being given from the outside. You will be encouraged to cultivate awareness, self-compassion, and confidence in your own abilities, leaving with practical tools to support self-healing, emotional resilience, and the ability to offer Reiki safely and confidently to friends, family, or clients.

A Trauma-Aware, Embodied Approach
This training honours traditional Usui Reiki while integrating trauma-informed awareness and nervous system education. You will explore:
- How presence supports body regulation
- Why safety is essential in healing
- Channelling energy without absorbing others’ emotions
- Holding space without over-giving
This is Reiki taught with integrity, grounded wisdom, and lived experience.

Azim is an international healer and energy practitioner, trained under the renowned Arram Kong. Outside of Reiki, Azim works with clients on emotional alignment, spiritual growth, and energy balancing. His sessions often combine guided meditation, intuitive energy work, and somatic awareness to help people release blocks, reconnect with their inner power, and cultivate a sense of personal empowerment.
Azim’s teaching style is grounded, trauma-aware, and focused on awakening the healer within each student. He empowers participants to trust their intuition, channel energy safely, and integrate self-healing practices into daily life.
