Reiki Level 1: Includes learning the history, definitions, smudging, Reiki ideals, self-scanning, charging, hand positions, and the Reiki 1 Attunement with "Seeing the Light" Meditation.
Reiki Level 2: Includes learning the three pillars, distance healing, scanning, energy work, sealing the practice, and the Reiki 2 Attunement with "Meeting the Guides" Meditation.
