As summer gives way to autumn, we are invited to reconnect with self, turn inward and prioritize what is most valued. Join Alex Argo and Jess Fairclough for this gentle practice intended to explore subtle sensation, embodied wisdom and deep release.
Alex will guide students through a meditative practice of Yin yoga postures intended to target the organs and energetic channels associated with Autumn. Jess will offer mini Reiki treatments throughout, to enhance the potency of each posture. Reiki is completely optional.
The practice will conclude with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation, intended to ease students into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.
This 90-minute workshop is accessible for all levels, all bodies, and all abilities. Space is limited to allow for individualized attention.
