Reiki-Infused Yin and Restorative Yoga: Balancing VataJoin Rachel and Laura for a 90-minute special event class combining the gentle movements of Yin Yoga and the soothing techniques of Restorative Yoga. This Ayurveda-inspired workshop is dedicated to balancing the Vata (air and ether) dosha. Participants will be guided through a Yin/Restorative Yoga practice promoting flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction. Therapeutic essential oils promoting Vata grounding will also be introduced throughout the workshop. Reiki (energy healing) will be incorporated throughout the class, gently guiding your body and mind toward tranquility and grounding. The class will conclude with a soothing sound bath. Each participant will receive a grounding-inspired aromatherapy roll-on to keep.
