You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position as layered sound and vibration fill the space, while distance Reiki is intuitively offered throughout the session. Gentle aromatic elements are incorporated to deepen the sensory experience, helping to ground the body, quiet the mind, and invite a deeper state of rest.

This session is an opportunity to slow down, receive, and allow your system to fully reset.
