Join me for a guided meditation and reiki infused sound bath to release limiting beliefs and connect to your power. Immerse yourself in a carefully curated soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, rainstick and gong as you visualize the life you want to create. We will begin with an oracle card pull and intention setting, followed by breathwork and a guided meditation to help us relax and shift our frequency.

Sound baths are proven to have many healing benefits including:

• decreased anxiety
• lower blood pressure

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees or lower back, blanket). **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
