Immerse yourself in a soundbath of etheric crystal bowls and Reiki energy The sound bath will take aprox 60 minutes
Rest of time I would like to use for:
- mindfulness meditation and setting up the space together, so your energy and intentions could be woven into the energy of the sound bath,
- to finish with a grounding exercise so everything that we will achieve could be anchored in our physical reality.
Please bring whatever you think you might need during this deep and profound relaxation and transformation- mats pillows and blankets are available on spot.
Cost is 15 euros to cover the rental and energy exchange
