This is an invitation to reflect on and embrace the deeper symbolism of Winter in a contemplative practice that consists of gentle warm ups, warming pranayama, and restorative postures that encourage physical and mental release and healing, quieting the mind as we enter this season of silence, stillness, and introspection. Essential oils will be diffused and the healing techniques of Reiki will be shared during the class to bring about deep relaxation.
