Ready to unwind and release stress? 😩Join us as we transition into winter and embrace the changing light. This class offers time and space to settle and ground with a warming and restorative yoga practice guided by Erin and Adam Schifferli.
During the restorative postures Adam will offer reiki to participants in the manner that most resonates for them (hands on or hand above). Reiki is an ancient energy practice that offers deep restoration for the whole body and being.
The combination of the breathing, warming postures, and reiki infused restive poses helps restore homeostasis and balance. No experience necessary, all levels of practitioners are welcome.
