This is an invitation to reflect on and embrace the deeper symbolism of Autumn in a contemplative practice that consists of gentle warm ups, grounding pranayama, and restorative postures that encourage physical and mental release and healing, cleansing us as we enter this season of transition. Essential oils will be diffused and the healing techniques of Reiki will be shared during the class to bring about deep relaxation.
