Raise your spiritual awareness and energy healing abilities by learning the ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki. Reiki helps to calm the nervous system and increase life force energy.

Training includes:

- learning the origin and history of Reiki

- a Chakra balancing sound healing meditation to learn about the chakra system and balance your energy.

- Reiki I attunement.

- Learn the hand positions.

- Hands on Practice of the healing art of Reiki.

Each participant will receive a binder with information to take home and a certificate of completion. No previous experience or knowledge necessary, everyone is welcome.
The training is guided by Sarah Moniz, Reiki Master Teacher. Cost of this training is $195
