Reiki is a form of energy healing using Life Force Energy, which is transferred through the palms of the hands to another person. In Reiki I, you will be introduced to the history of this practice and opened to the energetic flow of Life Force Energy on a physical level from your instructor, known as Attunements.
Several phases of attunements will be completed with time in between to allow your body to adjust physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In addition, you will learn the technical and ethical principles vital to the practice of Reiki healing.
After taking this course, you will have an all-encompassing framework for how to live a spiritual life, and you will be able to perform healings on yourself and others. You will be awarded a certificate after the course is complete.
