Awaken your natural capacity to heal and bring balance to yourself and others. This foundational Level I training introduces the art of Reiki, a gentle yet profound Japanese energy healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Through experiential learning and guided practice, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki, energy anatomy, and the chakra system. You’ll receive the Reiki I attunement and learn to channel universal life force energy through intuitive hand placements for self-healing and to support others.
This training emphasizes personal transformation, energetic awareness, and grounding. Participants will gain confidence in working with energy and leave feeling centered, connected, and inspired to continue their Reiki journey.
Upon completion, you will be certified as a Reiki I Practitioner and prepared to advance to Reiki II for deeper study and practice.
